Emma Bunton has said that she will give her “honest” opinion on the performances by the celebrity contestants on Dancing on Ice, according to a report.
The former Spice Girl has taken over from Ruthie Henshall on the judging panel of the ice dance contest.
The 33-year-old told the Daily Record that she hopes to provide “positive” feedback on the performances by the celebrities.
She explained: “I’m usually shouting at the telly when I’m watching it at home so I might as well be there in the studio giving my tuppence worth instead.
“Obviously I’m a very warm person but I’m also very honest about what I like to see in a performance.
“So if I find something really exciting then I’ll be jumping up and down but equally if there’s something I’m not enjoying I will make that very clear.
“Hopefully I’ll do it in a helpful way.”
The new series of Dancing on Ice returns to our screens on Sunday night at 6.45pm.
